The item I ordered is beautiful, great quality in material and how it was made, but I ordered one size too small. Sadly, I did not have time before my event to get the right size. I hope to get to London soon, so I can purchase this dress then!

Naomi was unable to resolve the issue immediately so she checked my mobile number, asked if it would be ok to call me back and actually did. I was unable to take the call so she left a very clear, helpful message providing all details of the already actioned solution to my query.
All in all, a faultless customer experience.

My coat arrived with a button off. Annoying but made good with ease and efficiency over the very busy Christmas period. I was refunded the cost of getting the button sewn on.
